I downloaded a font, now what do I do?

All fonts are zipped to make the files smaller and ultimately the download faster. Before you can install the font, you need to unzip it. WinZip is the most commonly used program for this purpose, and if you don't have it installed, you can download it from WinZip.

Unzip the font(s) to a folder on your hard drive, but not directly into the c:\windows\fonts folder. Preferrably create a new folder for this purpose. Once unzipped, you need to install the fonts. Please refer to the FAQ and follow instructions.
